One morning I woke up with these lines in my head:
"Deep in the land with the reckless sea there is a little girl staring at me.".
I began pondering an I realised I have a lot of dreams about the ocean.
It has always spoken to me...evoking a range of emotions.
Reflecting rage and power while it holds its secrets.
What lies beneath the surface?
It is made up of contradictions.
Soft and calm yet wild and dangerous.
A neverending dance in nature and we are a part of it.
It is a part of me just as it is a part of you.

Call Me Soft Seacreature
Our internal worls are shaped by the shapes and spaces we experience.
It leaves deep imprints.
Each space you walk into reflects human experiences.
I like to observe this world around us with intent and softness whilst reflecting internally.
By doing this it feels like deepening self-awareness and understanding of eachother.
Opening Up Landscapes
As I was making one of my mental health walks I was wondering how my demons would look like.
Black maybe?
Like a long shadow that follows you around...but that didn't seem right because I knew a part of me was still there and that part was bloody colourful.
It takes a lot of courage to build yourself back up
Seeking the exit
Of this dark maze
Surrounded by shadows of past selves
I am not alone
You are not alone
My thoughts go running wild
Like a carival on crack
And I have no control
No control
Trying to keep it together
At the cost of letting myself down
What a great time to be alive
Crying in the morning
Crying in the evening
Sleeping with demons on my pillow
Feminine Softening
